Our Journey

We are a part of Future Group, a leader in the Indian retail sector. Future Group is credited with helping spearhead the retail boom in India with Big Bazaar, Brand Factory, Easyday and Central.

We launched our first store in Malad - Mumbai, which is spread over 1,25,000 sq. ft. Since its inception, we have opened a total of 19 stores and have marked our presence in major cities like Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, Delhi, Noida, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Bhopal, Amritsar, Pune, Ahmedabad and Vadodara.

  • After you have made your selection and added products to your shopping cart, you will need to proceed to the checkout section. What is the Return policy period applicable for different categories?

* All the products under a particular category may not have the same return/replacement period. Kindly always check the respective product's return/replacement policy.

Products, under the following instances, cannot be accepted by us for Return:

  • Damages due to mishandling of product;
  • Products with tampered or missing labels;
  • Products without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, original invoice and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
  • Product Accessories / Freebies / Bundles & Combos: All the product accessories available with the product and / or all the freebies associated with the product and / or other products associated as "bundles" or "combos" with the product should also be returned so as to enable us to initiate the exchange or return process.

How does Hypercity help in resolving any issue with a product purchased from our private brands on

Fresh Basket, Good Living, Hypercity Supremia & Terzo.

We endeavor to provide the best quality products every single time you order with us.

We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our customers to return the product if they are not satisfied with the quality, freshness or physical condition of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and if already paid the corresponding value would be refunded to you within 7 working days.

PS: The product should be maximum 25% of the total quantity consumed to make it eligible for a return.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes. The free gift is included as part of the item order and needs to be returned along with the originally delivered product.

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it (Not applicable for our private label products)
- Any consumable item which has been used.
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Anything missing from the package you've received including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and accessories
